Contract for the installation in the Spring, Summer maintenance, and removal in the Fall, 
of 21 aids to navigation buoys in the Delaware River, in areas under state control.
The areas in Delaware County are the following.

Tinicum Island shoals

Tinicum anchorage

Darby creek

Tinicum lagoon

Chester public boat ramp

Chester Island Jetty
